1.  Landing charge

Charges are based on the aircraft Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW). Unit rate is established per tonne.

   All charges shall be increased by 100% for permission for aircraft of foreign airline operating non-scheduled flight requested 1 working day prior to the intended flight.

   All charges shall be increased by 150% for permission for aircraft of foreign airline operating non-scheduled flight requested 6 hours before to the intended flight at.

   All charges shall be increased by 15% for services provided to aircraft operating charter flights.

   An additional service charge of MNT 1,505,873.3 shall be applied for aircraft operating between 09:00-00:00 UTC (17:00-08:00 in local time).

2.  Parking charge

Parking for the first 4 hours at domestic airports is free of charge. Time of parking is defined as a period of time passed from time of landing till time of departure.

   The charge per hour shall be decreased by 50% when the aircraft is on maintenance or not used in flight operations.

   Under VIP service regulation for state honoured guests of the "Chinggis khaan" international airport, this service fee only applies to the authorised customers to obtain the VIP services with the “Permission paper” which grants access. The “Permission Paper” is obtained based on a reservation made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure/arrival time.

   Depending on the capacity of the VIP room, the service staff shall allocate the room.

   All types of payments are accepted for paying the fee on day of obtaining the services.

8.  Methods of payment

All charges for scheduled flights shall be payable according to the invoice forwarded by Accounting and Economic Division monthly.

All charges for non-scheduled flights shall be payable according to the invoice forwarded by Accounting and Economic Division or in cash at the aerodrome.

Charges of Buyant-Ukhaa international airport shall be payable to Finance and Accounting Department.

All charges for scheduled flights shall be payable according to the invoice forwarded by the Financial and Accounting department of the “New Ulaanbaatar International Airport” LLC every month. For the non-scheduled flight, service fees are payable on per flights.
