1.1 VFR flights in terminal area shall comply with ENR 1.1, ENR 1.2 and ENR 1.7.

3.1  For RWY 10, after take off climb ahead, at height 1000 M turn right or left, then proceed on flight planned route as applicable.
3.2  Take off for RWY 28 and landing for RWY 10 is prohibited.
