1.  Visual flight procedure
1.1 VFR flights in terminal area shall comply with ENR 1.1, ENR 1.2 and ENR 1.7.
2.  Instrument flight procedure
2.1 IFR flights in terminal area shall comply with the following:
  1. ENR 1.1, ENR 1.3 and ENR 1.7;

  2. Standard Instrument Departure Charts contained in AD 2-ZMMN-9-1, AD 2-ZMMN-9-3 and AD 2-ZMMN-9-5;

  3. Instrument Approach Charts contained in AD 2-ZMMN-13-1, AD 2-ZMMN-13-3 and AD 2-ZMMN-13-5.

3.  Take off
3.1  VFR flights on RWY 10, climb straight ahead after take-off, turn right at height 600m, then proceed on flight planned route as applicable.
3.2  VFR flights on RWY 28, climb straight ahead after take-off, turn left at height 800m, then proceed on flight planned route as applicable.
3.3 IFR flights are required to take off as specified in Standard Departure Chart - Instrument (SID) - ICAO.
